Location: Warrington, GB, WA3 6UT

Role type: 7 month FTC

As the Customer Support Administrator, you will support the provision of urgent administrative assistance, with basic customer-facing skills, focused on expediting orders and resolving AP queries. The role involves split responsibilities between two clients – German and Belgian.

You will work closely with our clients’ stakeholders to support operational service excellence and contribute to the growth of RS Integrated Supply and its sales opportunities.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing urgent administrative assistance, focusing on expediting orders and resolving AP queries, split equally between two clients.
  • Communicating effectively between sites and RS IS internal stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve queries for a Belgian client.
  • Investigating and liaising with internal stakeholders regarding supplier invoice queries for a German client.
  • Working effectively under pressure and within strict deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
