Newbury Building Society is seeking a Customer Support Administrator (Mortgages) for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Newbury Head Office. You will support customers with mortgage accounts from opening to closure, and work with other teams across the society.
The role requires handling queries by email and phone, processing payments to solicitors, and ensuring security with Land Registry. Training is provided to become a confident member of the Mortgages team.

Hours: 35 hrs a week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Joining the Customer Support Mortgages Team means you will support customers with mortgage accounts from their account opening to account closure. While also working collaboratively with other teams within the society.
