Müller is seeking a dedicated Customer Supply Chain Executive to join our UK team. The role focuses on supporting and optimising supply chain processes to deliver excellent service levels and customer satisfaction, working closely with MMI, M&S and Ocado.

You will own activities, drive improvements, attend sites, coordinate service reviews, monitor KPIs and ensure right-first-time delivery across a multi-site network, with travel to Bridgwater, Severnside, Droitwich, Bellshill, Manchester,

Qualifications

  • Experience within a supply chain, logistics or customer-facing operational environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend practical solutions.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and data handling.

We are recruiting for a dedicated and detail-orientedCustomer Supply Chain Executiveto join our team in the UK.

This role plays an important part in supporting and optimising supply chain processes to deliver excellent service levels, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will take ownership of their activities, identify opportunities to improve ways of working, and ensure actions are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with Muller Milk & Ingredients (MMI), M&S and Ocado, the role supports collaboration across supply chain related matters and helps drive strong relationships across the end-to-end supply chain. A key focus of the role is delivering a right-first-time approach, proactively resolving issues and ensuring commitments are followed through to completion.

This role offers flexibility to be based at either Bridgwater, Severnside, Droitwich or Bellshill, Manchester depending on your location.

Regular travel will be required to M&S production and despatch locations, including Bridgwater, Severnside, Droitwich, Bellshill, Manchester, Amesbury, Wolverhampton and Glasgow.

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Main Responsibilities
  • Support supply chain collaboration with M&S and Ocado across operational and strategic supply chain activities.
  • Act as a key link between customer and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate and effective communication.
  • Regularly attend MMI supply sites to build relationships and support supply chain activities.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular service reviews with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring actions are clearly defined, tracked and delivered.
  • Monitor, analyse and report service KPIs, proactively identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve product availability and service performance.
  • Take ownership of routine customer supply chain activities, ensuring actions are completed accurately and in full, with a right-first-time mentality.
  • Project manage relevant collaboration initiatives and coordinate communications (BCNs) relating to business change, network change and key trading events such as peak periods and bank holidays.
  • Use available data and insight to identify performance improvement opportunities relating to waste, availability and operational efficiency.
  • Support value chain initiatives that improve inbound efficiency across the end-to-end MMI and M&S supply chain.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately, whilst seeking practical solutions and driving resolution wherever possible.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve service and enhance ways of working across the supply chain.
Key Requirements
  • Experience within a supply chain, logistics or customer-facing operational environment.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend practical solutions.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • SAP, AS400 or Cognos knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good understanding of procedures and processes within a supply chain environment.
  • Basic understanding of leading and influencing others without direct line-management responsibility.
