Customer Success Relationship Manager
Salary: £25,000 + bonus
Location: Hybrid - Wilmslow, Full Time

We are looking to expand our Customer Success team with the best talent. We pride ourselves on high customer service standards, professional conduct, and a friendly working environment.

Our Customer Success Relationship Managers aim to positively influence the client journey and experience with Citation Services. They support the business by retaining clients, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing customer engagement. Successful candidates will receive full team support to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome new customers and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.
  2. Assist customers in maximizing their use of products and services by understanding their needs.
  3. Ensure the timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer objectives.
  4. Identify potential issues early and collaborate to prevent problems.
  5. Act as the main contact for client queries, account administration, and handling dissatisfaction or complaints.
  6. Identify growth opportunities within the customer base and work with internal teams to achieve retention and growth targets.
  7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  8. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Conduct regular care calls at relevant touchpoints.
  10. Assist with high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and ability to turn situations around.
  • Curious and determined to find the best solutions for customers.
