Customer Success Relationship Manager, Wilmslow

We are Citation, one of the UK's leading providers of Health and Safety, HR, Employment Law, and ISO Services to businesses. As part of the Citation Group, with over 60,000 clients, we focus on growth and excellence in customer service.

We are expanding our Customer Success team and seek the best talent to join us. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the client journey, supporting each other, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure customers have a welcoming and effective onboarding experience.
  2. Assist customers in maximizing the use of their products and services.
  3. Deliver solutions timely and according to customer needs.
  4. Identify and address potential issues proactively.
  5. Serve as the main contact for client queries, account administration, and feedback.
  6. Identify growth opportunities within the customer base and collaborate internally.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  8. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Conduct regular care calls at relevant touchpoints.
  10. Support high-severity requests and escalations as needed.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Solution-oriented, positive mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Curious and determined to find the best solutions for customers.
