Job summary

Box is seeking a Customer Success Placement Student to partner with enterprise clients across EMEA, helping them adopt Box AI and Intelligent Content Management. You will work alongside senior managers, gaining exposure to customer engagement, data analytics, product adoption, and project management during a 12-month placement.

You will build relationships, analyze data, and contribute to retention initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Support, and Product teams.

• Data-driven approach to understanding customer needs and translating insights into practical solutions.
• Motivated, self-starting attitude with strong prioritization and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers across EMEA on client-facing initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer community engagement.
• Analyze customer health metrics and quantitative data to generate actionable insights for team leadership.
• Support product adoption and optimization strategies to help enterprise clients maximize the value of Box AI and Intelligent Content Management.
• Deliver regular, structured customer contact across the renewal cycle through newsletters, adoption campaigns, workshops, and webinars.
• Assist in driving customer retention initiatives and identify trends to represent the voice of the customer.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Support, and Product teams for seamless experiences.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for internal updates and external client communications.
• Lead a continuous improvement initiative to streamline internal customer success workflows.
