Smurfit Westrock in Bristol is seeking a Customer Service Executive on a 6-month FTC. The role coordinates day-to-day customer accounts and manages commercial agreements, processing orders and liaising with planning and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery.

You will support the UK & Irish customers, build strong rapport with purchasing and logistics teams, and help forecast demand while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to manage data and documents.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including planning and manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Process orders and instructions from customers and check conformity with commercial agreements.
• Manage internal projects related to cartons such as artwork or pricing.
• Coordinate with planning and manufacturing to maximise efficiency.
• Support relationships with customers and key account managers to sustain professionalism.
• Establish rapport with customers’ purchasing and logistics teams; visit sites as needed.
• Forecast board requirements to enable long-lead time ordering and reduce stock.
• Be part of a self-supporting internal sales team to provide seamless service.
