Join a rapidly expanding startup dedicated to improving maths education as a Customer Success Manager. You will engage with teachers and school leaders, ensuring they maximize the value of our innovative platform. Your role will involve hands-on training and support, making a meaningful impact on education. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Magma is a startup that has quickly grown to become the leading platform for data-driven maths education. By leveraging handwritten solutions in a digital format, Magma allows teachers to emphasize creativity in maths while gaining key insights into students' progression. This creates a more engaging, inclusive, and pedagogical maths class for all students.
Maths remains the largest challenge for schools, with one in five students in Year 9 identified as low performers. Maths is a core pillar for career development, and we believe that improving school maths offers significant opportunities to enhance educational outcomes and future prospects for children and young adults.
Magma is now expanding rapidly across Europe and the US. We are an ambitious team on a meaningful mission to improve maths education for millions of children. We do this by adhering to our core values:
Our Customer Success team works closely with our most important stakeholders: our customers and users. We ensure they derive maximum value from our product. We are seeking an outgoing, curious, and responsible individual comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
As a Customer Success Manager, your main goal is to ensure teachers, pupils, and school leaders within our partner trusts and councils know how to use Magma effectively—and that they remain satisfied and supported over time. Your role will involve working with trusts and councils at a central level to manage implementation, organization-wide assessments, deliver training, and explore tailored support options. Additionally, you'll visit classrooms regularly, engaging directly with teachers, school leaders, and pupils. This role is hands-on, rewarding, and fun.
