Responsibilities of this key role

As a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the primary contact for our clients, leveraging automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to provide premium value. You will work closely with clients at all seniority levels and collaborate internally to deliver exceptional experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries on business, domain, product, and technical issues.
  • Review, validate, and triage technical escalations.
  • Driving account growth through pre-sales and existing client opportunities.
  • Influencing lifetime value by increasing product adoption, client satisfaction, and health scores.
  • Participating in KOR working groups as needed.
  • Defining and optimizing the client lifecycle, including engagement initiatives based on segmentation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
About you

  • +4 years of experience in OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting (preferably vendor or back office).
