In a SOC environment, every customer relies on fast insight, clear communication, and confidence in the protection around them. Our Customer Success Managers sit at the heart of the SOC experience, translating complex security activity into meaningful outcomes, guiding customers through evolving threats, and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and protected at every step.

This role blends cyber security awareness, operational coordination, and relationship leadership. You’ll help customers understand the impact of our monitoring and response, shape how they engage with our security services, and ensure they consistently receive the value, clarity, and reassurance expected.

As a Customer Success Manager at PureCyber, you will bring proven experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management or Project Management, ideally within cyber security or managed services. You’ll make sure customers see real, sustained value from their PureCyber services, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results that deepen long‑term relationships.
