We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage large accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, successful product adoption, and retention within the EMEA region. You will serve as the primary contact for key customers, understand their success criteria, address questions, resolve issues, and become a trusted Smartsheet advisor. Ideal candidates will have experience with SaaS account management, high renewal rates, and ongoing customer engagement and technical leadership.
This position reports to the Manager, Customer Success, and is based in London or remote within the UK.
