Customer Success Manager - French Speaking

We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage large accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, successful product adoption, and retention within the EMEA region. You will serve as the primary contact for key customers, understand their success criteria, address questions, resolve issues, and become a trusted Smartsheet advisor. This role offers a career-defining opportunity to make a significant impact at an essential moment for our company. Ideal candidates will have experience with SaaS account management, high renewal rates, and ongoing customer engagement and technical leadership.

This position reports to the Manager, Customer Success, and is based in London or remote within the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless adoption and clear value articulation.
  • Design and implement customer engagement strategies to drive satisfaction and success.
  • Act as a Smartsheet expert and trusted advisor, helping customers overcome challenges and achieve business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular Customer Success Reviews to reinforce value, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for deeper product use.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and best practices to maximize customer value from Smartsheet.
  • Analyze usage data to identify trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Serve as the primary contact in high-impact customer situations, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to deliver tailored solutions and insights.
  • Provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams for continuous improvement.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to value delivery and renewals.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SaaS account management, focusing on customer value delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing diverse customer accounts and building outcome-based relationships.
  • Excellent task management skills.
  • Passion for web-based technologies and understanding Smartsheet’s benefits and technical aspects.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in large enterprises.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
  • Fluency in French required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
