About you
  • Customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing a Book of Business, KPIs, risk, forecasting, and growth.
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships and onboard clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in light video editing using Synthesia platform.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
