Job summary

Sensat is seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage with civil engineering and construction projects in London. You’ll manage customer relationships, drive platform adoption, and help project teams realise value from digital twin technology.

The role combines office coordination with on-site customer visits and occasional travel to project sites across the UK. You’ll report to the Head of Customer Success and bring industry experience from civil engineering, construction or infrastructure

Qualifications

• Civil engineering, construction or infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Ability to onboard and train users on new tools and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of Sensat customers and help project teams use the platform effectively.
• Onboard, train and support users; identify adoption gaps and drive value realization.
• Visit customer sites and demos to illustrate Sensat in real project contexts.
• Collaborate with Product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and drive product impact.
