Customer Success Manager

Fully remote

Your new company…

This Microsoft Partner creates a number of bespoke, industry-leading products that integrate with Microsoft collaboration software including Power Automate, SharePoint, and more recently AI software such as CoPilot.

They are smaller than what you may be used to, but over 20,000 companies are using these products globally, all on a subscription basis – they’ve been extremely successful.

This organisation is bursting at the seams with opportunities, and as a Microsoft Partner, you’ll get full access to Microsoft training, exams, and the opportunity to attend Microsoft events in the UK and abroad.

Currently, they have 1000–2000 potential customers trialling their products every month, but no Customer Success resource to really engage with these customers, answer questions, discuss product capability, pricing, etc.

This is where you come in… Not only will you be engaging with these potential customers, but you’ll also be tasked with sharpening the organisation’s Customer Success process, identifying areas for improvement, establishing meaningful touchpoints, and developing strategies for proactive customer engagement.

The role is fully remote, and there is also a lot of flexibility around working hours.

Salary is £65–75k basic (full time), along with benefits such as private healthcare, life assurance, 25 days holiday, pension, employee discount portal, and more.

What you’ll bring…

  • Strong background in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft products and how they work, including Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, ideally at another Microsoft Partner, Consultancy, or Software house.
