As a Customer Success Manager at FREENOW for Business, you are the primary point of contact for our business customers. You are responsible for their success and our growth. Together with the team, you develop strategies and initiatives to enhance our product for our customers and help them use it as efficiently and successfully as possible. You shape the entire customer journey—from activation to ongoing account management—while being supported by an international team that brings engagement, passion, and ideas to the table.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Managing and advising Mid Market customers in the UK, building strong and long-term relationships.
  • Providing valuable insights and performance data to support your customers.
  • Deriving actionable insights from data using your analytical mindset.
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders and taking full responsibility for the UK market.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
