Job summary

WPP is seeking a Customer Success Lead to drive client adoption, build user capability, and ensure customers realise lasting value from Open Pro. You will own a portfolio of clients, guiding their journey from onboarding to sustained adoption and measurable outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role blends client relationship management, platform expertise and team development. You’ll work with WPP agencies, production partners and internal teams to tailor support—self-serve, blended or managed

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience leading client-facing teams or managing complex portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising production and campaign activation.
• Confidence with marketing technology platforms and Open Pro workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption across your client portfolio and drive active, self-sufficient use of Open Pro.
• Identify barriers to adoption and enhance platform usage and value.
• Coach and train clients to build capability and reduce hands-on support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations to deliver a joined-up client experience.
