Job summary

William Reed is seeking a Customer Success Executive to support our commercial teams in demonstrating the value of marketing solutions across The Grocer, Convenience Store and Forecourt Trader brands. The role involves creating campaign reports, insights and proof points to drive retention and growth, while collaborating across digital, print, events and partnerships.

Based in either London or Brighton, you’ll work with sales, editorial, marketing, events, and data teams to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, media, client services or analytics in coordinator/assistant/executive role.
• Ability to create campaign reports and insights demonstrating performance against objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create campaign reports, insights and evidence that show performance and value against objectives.
• Strengthen sales proposals and client presentations with data and case studies.
• Develop client-ready materials turning data and results into persuasive stories.
• Coordinate campaign information from multiple sources and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Support retention and growth through insights and recommendations.
