Job Title: 1st Line Support / Customer Success Representative (Remote)

Salary: £28,000 per annum + Excellent Progression Opportunities

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join a growing team as a 1st Line Support / Customer Success Representative. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service and is eager to grow within a forward-thinking company.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions
  • Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with every interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
  • Contribute to help centre documentation and customer feedback loops

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Educated, ideally to Degree level (but not a necessity)
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
  • Tech-literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Previous experience in a support or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
