Role: Customer Success Analyst
As a Customer Success Analyst, you’ll be a critical link between our data-driven platform and the regulated businesses we serve. You’ll ensure our clients derive maximum value from Checkboard’s onboarding, data, and payments ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Monitoring client usage and satisfaction across onboarding, compliance, and payment services
• Analysing client feedback, financial performance, and product usage patterns to inform growth
• Supporting clients with data insights and compliance documentation
• Building reports for internal stakeholders and client accounts
• Collaborating with sales, product, and support to deliver world-class onboarding and support
What You Bring:
• Strong analytical skills, quantitative and qualitative
• Experience with customer analytics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Familiarity with compliance workflows (e.g. AML/KYC) is a big plus
