Luware is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our team in London. In this role, you will provide technical support and deliver onboarding solutions for our customers, ensuring they unlock the full value of our SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, and fluency in both German and English. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise‑level technical support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams and the Azure ecosystem.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering assistance for customer onboardings.
• Deliver L2/L3 technical support for complex support cases.
• Deliver technical documentation and conduct training sessions.
