Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Order Management, Sales Administration, or Customer Support role within a commercial or office environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP order management systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, or similar).
• Strong administrative aptitude, attention to detail, and confidence learning digital systems and customer portals.
• Excellent internal communication skills, team-player attitude, and a strong work ethic with a willingness to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Execute full customer order lifecycle in SAP: order entry, price verification, credit checks, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoicing, and sample requests.
• Act as primary contact for corporate customers, distributors, and external sales engineers; manage inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Administer digital customer procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, partner portals) and distributor onboarding, product documentation, and certificates.
• Support customer account management by resolving price discrepancies, invoice queries, and master data upkeep in SAP.
• Oversee UK import declarations (EU/international), HS codes, duty calculations, and TSS portal submissions for UK customers.
• Liaise with HMRC/brokers, manage import VAT/duty deferment with Finance, and maintain audit-ready records.
