Orbital is building the first AI platform for real estate transactions and is looking for a Customer Success Associate (Support) in London. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive fast, expert answers and a seamless experience every day, from onboarding through renewal.

Responsabilités

• Manage the inbound support queue and provide first response speed and quality.
• Resolve customer queries accurately and promptly; escalate when needed.
• Build product fluency and become an internal product expert.
• Spot patterns and share structured feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Be comfortable picking up the phone to solve issues.
