You’ll influence product direction, work with a small engineering team, and apply your judgement to build scalable features that scale from thousands to millions of transactions. This role offers hybrid flexibility and meaningful ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Interest in AI shaping industries and building at the frontier.
• Track record of excellence in professional, academic, or personal domains.
• Willingness to work across product, design, and AI boundaries.
• Experience building modern agentic systems or ML products.
• History of products generating millions in ARR with high growth.
• Fast learner with rapid career progression.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production software, turning ideas into reliable features.
• Collaborate with a small team to design and deliver new functionality.
• Leverage AI coding agents to generate and refine production-grade code.
• Work with TS, React, PostgreSQL, and Python, guiding AI-produced code.
• Contribute to technical design and feature implementation decisions.
• Improve engineering practices with AI-assisted development and tooling.
