Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the UK to onboard customers and guide them through product lifecycles. You will analyze consumption data, manage service delivery workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and renewals.

You will build strong relationships with customers and partners, drive retention, and contribute to strategic reviews and growth opportunities across Cisco-related offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years in a technical, business, or sales role.
• 1+ year selling Cisco products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide through lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Serve as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct Customer Success Reviews to review usage and feedback.
• Analyze consumption reports and provide renewal insights.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and partners to foster trust.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align offerings and drive co-selling.
