Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service by talking with customers and understanding their needs.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email and use CRM tools.
• Process orders accurately in a busy industry; review reports and update customers.
• Prioritise tasks and escalate issues as needed to resolution.
• Act as first point of contact to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
