Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for export orders and international shipments.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales teams to manage export relationships.
• Provide first-class customer service via phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Process export orders and coordinate shipments per regulations and procedures.
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor order progress and provide shipment updates to customers.
• Escalate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Support compliance with export controls and country-specific documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Act as the first point of contact for export customers and resolve issues promptly.
