JOB TITLE: Customer Success Advisor - HYBRID
Salary: £25,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience + fantastic benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid - A blend of working from home and your nominated hub office, we have hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester and Oxford. Specific patterns for working in the office are not mandated, and the frequency of time worked in the office is agreed with your manager. Meeting in person is something we value so you may need to travel on occasion to any of our hub offices.

The Customer Success team in Prospects - Jisc works alongside our sales account managers to support our customers’ advertising campaigns and deliver excellent service.

Prospects.ac.uk is the UK's leading graduate careers site with 1.5 million student visitors a month seeking expert help around their career and education choices. Our business customers include employers and education institutions who want to promote their opportunities to our student audience. We support them through a range of digital marketing tools to find the right person at the right time with the right message.
You will be dealing with multiple customer accounts and supporting several account managers so you must have a methodical approach to organising your workload and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Through this role you will learn about digital marketing and the early careers recruitment market. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in exploring digital marketing or sales roles.
