The Role

Help new and existing customers maximize the value of our platform by:

  • Leading onboarding and guiding users through setup
  • Driving platform usage and engagement
  • Managing email, chat, and video support
  • Monitoring usage and proactively assisting where needed
  • Gathering feedback to inform our product and UX improvements

About You

This role is ideal for someone early in their customer success career who’s excited about AI, tech and startups. You’re friendly, helpful, and a fast learner.

  • Have 1-2 years experience in customer-facing, onboarding or SaaS support
  • Communicate clearly and confidently (especially in writing)
  • Are organised, proactive and are a problem solver who enjoys helping people
  • Are curious about AI and thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment
  • Can manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • Are risk tolerant, comfortable in the deep end, and resilient

Bonus Experience

  • Writing help guides or community support
  • Previous startup, operations, or product roles
