About the Role

Continental Bitumen UK, part of the Colas Group, based in Avonmouth, is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to support the business. In this role, you will manage daily customer service operations, facilitate customer deliveries and collections. The position is based at Avonmouth docks; candidates should reside nearby or have their own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service: Receive and process customer orders and sales administration.
  • Planning: Support haulage planning, coordinate customer collections, and manage purchases from third-party bitumen facilities.
  • Invoicing: Issue customer invoices and resolve invoice queries.

You will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to smooth logistics operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. Join us to provide excellent customer support and efficient haulage planning.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focused administrative role, be proficient with Word and Excel, and possess good communication skills. Pay Range and Benefits
