Assan Panel UK is seeking a Customer Services Specialist/Executive to support sales operations and deliver a smooth customer experience from order receipt to delivery. The role involves coordinating with sales, logistics and finance, monitoring orders, and preparing regular performance reports.

A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong English and organizational skills, are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Managing customer orders from receipt and order entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliant with quotations and terms.
• Coordinating with sales, logistics, finance and other internal teams for timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring order progress, delivery schedules and shipment forecasts; identify and resolve issues.
• Supporting sales operations including account coordination, payment follow-up and credit limit monitoring with Finance.
• Preparing regular reports on order status, shipments and customer-related performance.
• Coordinating documentation and sales administration for UK business and group companies.
• Supporting stock management, warehouse stock-taking and sample/non-standard orders.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and contributing to process improvements.

As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for a customer-focused and organized Customer Services Specialist / Executive to support our sales operations and ensure a smooth, efficient and reliable customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service or sales operations professional to join an expanding international manufacturer, working closely with sales, logistics, finance and other teams to manage customer orders and support the growth of our UK business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing customer orders from receipt and order entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed quotations and commercial terms
• Coordinating with sales, logistics, finance and other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitoring order progress, delivery schedules and shipment forecasts, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
• Supporting sales operations, including customer account coordination, payment follow-up and credit limit monitoring in collaboration with the Finance team
• Preparing regular reports on order status, shipments and customer-related performance
• Coordinating operational documentation and sales administration activities for the UK business and relevant group companies
• Supporting stock management, warehouse stock-taking and the coordination of sample and other non-standard product orders
• Maintaining accurate sales records and system data, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

We would like to hear from candidates with:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade, Logistics or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales operations, order management or international trade
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-focused approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and external stakeholders
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage
• Knowledge of international delivery terms (Incoterms), commercial documentation and order-to-cash processes would be beneficial

Ideal Background

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be particularly valuable:

• Customer service or sales support within manufacturing or construction materials
• Order processing and delivery coordination
• Sales administration and international trade operations
• Logistics coordination and shipment planning
• ERP-based sales order management and reporting

Knowledge of insulated panels, roofing and cladding products, or other building materials would be an advantage.
