Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor in Leeds to support a busy fashion-focused team. The role covers handling customer enquiries, managing orders from initial contact through to delivery, and coordinating with production partners to ensure on-time fulfilment.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Build professional relationships with customers and provide a high level of service.
• Advise customers on lead times, production schedules and delivery expectations.
• Handle order queries, amendments and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support onboarding of new customers.
• Liaise with production partners to track orders and progress.
• Coordinate dispatches and returns with internal teams.
