Caterpillar SPM Oil & Gas is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to coordinate sales, service, rental and refurbishment opportunities across the UK and Europe, handling enquiries, quotations and orders with a customer‑focused approach.

You will work in a cross‑functional team, manage ERP data, monitor delivery performance, and support continuous improvement while upholding safety, quality and service standards to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Leadership: Champion the company’s EHS strategy by implementing and maintaining robust systems across projects.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and internal governance frameworks.
• Knowledge Management & Process Standardisation: Share knowledge and standardise departmental processes.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and financial forecasts.
• Development & Training: Ensure mandatory training is completed on time and set action plans.
• Operational Planning & Delivery: Maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics and drive efficiency.
• Field Services Management: Coordinate technician deployment, equipment availability, and logistics.
• Customer Engagement: Act as main point of contact for inquiries, quotes, orders, and updates in ERP.
• Contract & Inventory Management: Understand contracts and optimise stock levels.
• Process Optimisation: Review and refine sales and service support procedures.
• General Administration: Handle calls, filing, and procurement tasks.
