Job summary

Caterpillar SPM Oil & Gas is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to coordinate sales, service, rental and refurbishment opportunities across the UK and Europe. You will manage customer inquiries, quotations and orders, and support project delivery with ERP systems to ensure accurate records.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement while maintaining safety, compliance and operational excellence onsite in Portlethen, Aberdeen.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales, service, rental and refurbishment opportunities.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Proficient in using ERP systems to manage records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer inquiries, quotes, orders in ERP and track status.
• Support delivery of projects, rentals and service activities across UK/Europe.
• Maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics and optimise service workflows.
• Attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and drive business development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and safety rules.
