Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is hiring a Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for service users, families and health providers. You will ensure correct product delivery and installation to the client with empathy and within the agreed timeframe.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, book delivery rounds for technicians, verify details and respond to emails and queries to a high standard. A 40-hour week with a 26k salary is offered and a strong development focus.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a customer service focussed role within a similar industry is desirable.
• IT and Microsoft Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound calls – liaising with service users and families.
• Booking all delivery rounds in advance for Technicians and Service Engineers.
• Ensuring all client and delivery details are correct and up to date.
• Answering emails, queries and complaints within Medequip agreed timeframes.
• Assessing workload to ensure each day’s jobs are varied and evenly distributed.
