Customer Services Advisor

Location: Stirling, FK7 7QQ.
Salary: Competitive.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Etex Insulation UK Ltd are a manufacturer of mineral glass wool thermal and acoustic insulation. We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our site based in the heart of Stirling.

This role is key in ensuring we consistently deliver excellent customer service across the business. You will be responsible for responding to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiries, shipping dates and other administrative duties. In addition, you will be required to work closely with Regional Sales, Logistics, Technical Support and Finance. This means that it is a vital part of the role to build and sustain a long-standing professional relationship across other departments and with all levels of employees.

Customer Services Advisor - Accountabilities

• Main customer interface for order intake, processing and logistics
• Maintain order accuracy and ensure orders are entered within timeframe
• Work with the customer and internal Departments in relation to payments
• Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
• General ad hoc duties

What we need from you

• Previous experience in customer services or within sales department preferred
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• An excellent communicator with stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong teammate with the ability to take ownership and follow through
• Focus on learning and self development
