Job Description:

This role involves providing excellent customer service for motor insurance claims, handling inbound calls, and negotiating claims within service level agreements. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Responsibilities include answering calls, capturing detailed incident information, assessing urgency, managing claims, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or lower. Applicants must have EU work permit if not a passport holder of the country. The role may require training for up to 35 hours per week.

Working hours vary:

• Weekday evenings: 18:00 – 22:00
• Weekday mornings: 07:00 – 09:00
• Saturday: 08:00 - 22:00 (6-12 hour shifts)
• Sunday: 08:00 - 22:00 (6-12 hour shifts)

Applicants must be able to work either a Saturday or Sunday plus bank holidays. Times are flexible and will be discussed during interview.
