About the Role

Love all things motoring and cycling? Great with customers? Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, will set you up for success in this role. Prior experience in fitting car parts or cycle repair, even as a hobby, is beneficial. We provide training to help you develop the necessary skills to deliver market-leading service standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and bikes in-store.
  2. Perform a range of fitting services, including car parts, technology, cycle building, and servicing.
  3. Develop practical problem-solving skills and work efficiently.
  4. Utilize prior retail or customer-focused sales experience to enhance customer interactions.
