Babcock International in Gloucestershire seeks a Customer Service Administrator to coordinate vehicles and assets through repair, maintenance and return to service. Based on-site at Ashchurch, you will liaise between customers, planners and workshop teams to keep progress updates and resolve issues.
The role requires an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, a full UK driver’s licence, and the ability to obtain SC security clearance.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the movement of vehicles and equipment through the repair and maintenance process. This is far more than a traditional administration position. You'll work at the heart of operations, coordinating activities between customers, planners and workshop teams to help ensure essential assets are repaired, maintained and returned to service efficiently. The role is based onsite at Ashchurch, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 37 hours per week.
Experience in an administrative, customer service or coordination role.
Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Managing schedules, priorities or service-related activities.
Experience using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
