Co-op is seeking Customer Team Members to join our store in Rochdale. You will be part of a friendly team delivering essential services, with a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends. Full paid training is provided, and you can help with post office, bakery, or online order packing where available.

You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and promote Co-op Membership, helping the community while enjoying a supportive work environment and employee benefits.

Formación

• Passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers and help put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on the shop floor and tills, contribute to daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Help maintain store performance by stocking shelves and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure the store is safe and compliant—check prices, dates and temperatures where relevant.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
