Welcome Break is seeking a Customer Service / Cleaning Team Member to be the friendly face our customers see first. You’ll help guests find what they need and keep the site looking its best, delivering a great experience on the move.

This full-time role includes evenings and weekends with immediate start. Benefits include £1 meals on every shift, 50% off onsite brands, staff discounts, progression opportunities and free onsite parking.

As a Customer Service/ Cleaning Team Member at Welcome Break, you’ll be the friendly face our customers see first. Whether you’re helping someone find what they need, or keeping the site looking its best, you’ll play a big part in delivering a great experience for our customers on the move.

• Enjoy helping people and delivering friendly, welcoming service
• Can keep calm, organised and positive when it gets busy
• Take pride in keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly
• Like working as part of a supportive team and are happy to learn new skills (full training provided)

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
