Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Customer Service Team Member for North Muskham, NG23 6HT. The role offers an immediate start with flexible part-time hours, paying up to £12.85 per hour plus £1 meals on every shift.

You’ll greet customers, assist with finding items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment on the move. Ideal candidates enjoy helping people, stay calm during busy periods, and are eager to learn through full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently.
• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required).
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed.
