Welcome Break is hiring a Customer Service Team Member at Muskham Services, North Muskham. This on-site role offers immediate start, flexible part-time hours, and a wage of up to £12.85 per hour plus £1 meals on every shift.

You will greet customers, help them find what they need, and keep areas clean and safe. Full training provided with opportunities for progression and staff discounts on onsite brands.

As a Customer Service Team Member at Welcome Break, you’ll be the friendly face our customers see first. Whether you’re helping someone find what they need, or keeping the site looking its best, you’ll play a big part in delivering a great experience for our customers on the move.

• Take pride in keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
