Job Description

As a Team Leader in one of our betting shops, you’ll play a vital role in helping us maintain this atmosphere, making your mark on our business and industry. You’ll receive continuous training, development, great benefits, and opportunities to progress through our Career Pathways.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Coach and develop your team.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure the shop looks professional (e.g., visual displays).
  • Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
  • Champion safer gambling at all times.
  • Open and close the shop, supporting your team as needed.
  • Ensure shop targets are achieved.
Working Patterns
  • Shops operate between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • Shifts are scheduled on a rota, including evenings and weekends.
