Gap Personnel Limited in Wrexham is recruiting a Customer Service & Supply Chain Administrator on a permanent basis. You will join a close-knit team that collaborates to deliver excellent service while gaining exposure to forecasting, purchasing, logistics and order processing within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role emphasises strong Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and communicating

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities are essential.
• Excellent Excel data analysis and reporting skills are required.
• Strong organisational and time-management capabilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stock, sales and forecast data to support purchasing decisions.
• Manage European and Brazilian supply chains, including demand forecasting and purchasing.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders in line with business requirements.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers and support transport/repack operations.
• Produce transport issue reports and credit notes as needed.
• Coordinate sample orders and assist with retail promotional planning.
