B&M Retail in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Nitshill Road store in Darnley. This permanent, full-time role places you at the heart of the front line, leading a team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to every customer.

You’ll drive service standards, manage cash processes with accuracy, and analyze KPIs to ensure high customer satisfaction in a busy retail environment, with flexible days, evenings and weekends required.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the front-end experience - from the moment customers walk into the store, until the moment they leave. You'll lead your team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service in a busy, high-energy store.
