Job summary

OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking frontline store staff to help run daily operations and serve customers. You will cover checkouts, shop floor tasks, housekeeping, date code checks, temperature monitoring, administration, and in-store bakery support. You’ll promote membership benefits to customers and help them join our community.

Qualifications

• They’re open to applicants with no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in checkouts and manage the shop floor during busy periods.
• Keep the store clean and well-organised; date codes and temperature checks.
• Support administration tasks and assist in-store bakery when needed.
• Promote membership benefits to customers and help sign-ups.
• Work flexibly across shifts including evenings and weekends.
