Job summary

OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking friendly, flexible staff to join our multi-skilled store team. You will help customers across checkouts, shop floor and bakery duties while promoting our membership benefits and community involvement.

No experience is required, but a warm manner, willingness to learn and pride in appearance are essential. Shifts include evenings and weekends to serve our customers when they need us most.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to learn and friendly.
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle checkouts and assist customers at the till.
• Support the shop floor with stock replenishment and shelf presentation.
• Assist with housekeeping and cleanliness of the store.
• Perform date code checks to ensure product freshness and quality.
• Carry out temperature checks as part of daily store routine.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Support in-store bakery operations when required.
