Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring store colleagues to deliver friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join an inclusive team with flexible hours and opportunities to grow, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and shifts scheduled in advance.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with some locations offering additional payments. Roles include shelf replenishment, checkout support, online order picking and delivering assistance as needed.

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• To be over 18 for this role.
