Job summary

Tesco Colleague is seeking team members to deliver friendly, natural service and build rapport with customers in our stores. You will support shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, and delivery assistance as needed, contributing to great store performance.

We offer a minimum of 12–16 hours weekly with shifts scheduled in advance. Pay starts at £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55/hour in M25 stores, and additional payments may be offered in some locations.

• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
