Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring store colleagues to join our customer-focused team. You’ll provide friendly service, help customers, and support with store duties such as shelf replenishment, checkout service, and online order picking.

Roles guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week (some locations offer 12+ hours) with shifts scheduled in advance. Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in certain stores.

• To be over 18 for this role.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
